Literally every half second someone would be posting and the global chat was just a fast-scrolling advertisement. From day 1, RMT accounts billboarded chat channels selling the time-limited "Starseed" currency.1 The game systems encourage illicit Real Money Trading (RMT), which is basically banned in every online game, and is related to money laundering and account theft. (And kudos to Amazon for taking a stand against toxic PvP by changing New World to be opt-in PvP). PvP - especially the inability to opt-out and avoid it altogether - is such a major decision factor that it should be stated clearly up front.There are non-PvP missions for them, but theoretically the focus for the Court of Ravens is PvP.
You cannot flag yourself to not want PvP. The later-game level 30+ zones are "disputed territory" and PvP zones. Once you are level 20 you can turn on PvP mode and attack anyone. On Steam where the game is available, there is also no information on it and players basically had to find out through forum posts and third-party information. At the time this review was written, their online game guide does not even have a section on PvP.

Time to sharpen your sickle and get to harvesting! Now, this is there where that Artisan Society will come to your aid. But if you are committed to Bless Unleashed, this will maximize the efficiency of your Star Seed farming. For comparison, that’s more than the monthly subscription price of either World of Warcraft or Final Fantasy XIV, and two months of buying both boosts will be comparable in price to the one-time purchase price of Guild Wars 2 with all expansions. The two effects stack, giving a bonus of 60% more star seed for 30 days for the price of 2300 Lumina ($23).
The basic booster is a 20% boost for 30 days, costing 800 Lumina (~$8USD), and the advanced booster is a 40% boost for 30 days, costing 1500 Lumina (~$15). If you have the means, buying Starseed Boosters will make all of the methods in this guide much more efficient, so we have to mention them.
